The stable, though beautifully modernised still retains many of its original features and character.

Local village shops and a pub are just a 5 minute stroll away and there's everything for the sun lover, the walker, the golfer or the surfer to enjoy virtually on the doorstep - from sandy beaches and secluded coves to picturesque villages and the river Dart.

Ideal for walkers with the Dart Valley and John Musgrove trails right on the doorstep with breathtaking scenery of cost, forest and river. For those who love nostalgia, Agatha Christie's house Greenway, is just down the road whilst Coleton Fishacre former home of the Doyle Carte family is another world famous National Trust property just 10 minutes away. The Dart Valley steam railway also runs through the village and makes a great day out. We have fishing rods and bikes available with prior notice along with local info on the best spots to fish or the easiest (flatest) to hardest off road cycling tracks. For the nature lover we have a selection of deer, foxes and badgers in the area. By the river we have seen kingfishers, a pair of osprey and numerous other woodland birds whilst in the bays we have resident grey seals and the occasional porpoise to keep you enthralled.

Also close to places of interest such as Brixham, Dartmouth, Paignton and Totnes a short drive away

Family run with complimentary toiletries, plus robes & towels for your comfort. Delicious traditional English or continental breakfast, served in the farmhouse is included, local produce used where possible.
