La Basse Cour (meaning "The Farm Yard") is an 18th century Normandy farmhouse set by a wildfowl lake, with "English" gardens and views of countryside and forest. Benefiting from a quiet, secluded setting thanks to extensive grounds, yet for evening meals and essential purchases the village bar, restaurant and shops are just 200m away. We're 8km from the medieval town of Alençon and 40km from Le Mans.
